About the event
A meditation retreat provides the opportunity to step back and reevaluate, look at life differently, away from the stimuli that keep us going down the same track. An In-Life Retreat provides a more hands-on approach, seeing our responses in situ, and allowing us to make on the spot changes. The preceding day retreat and orientation session introduce the concept of Contemplative Living: how to use mindfulness, intention and time to guide your actions, thoughts and speech towards greater wellbeing, resilience and thriving. The week itself provides peer and teacher support through optional webinars* or meetups* and group messaging, plus 1-2-1 teacher support as needed. The week will be completed with a Friday night Oneg Shabbat and Saturday Day-Retreat which will review the week and explore the meaning and potential of Spiritual Practice.
